What counts as an order?
An order is counted when a customer completes a purchase on your store. Each order includes comprehensive tracking and attribution processing—we handle both client-side and server-side event tracking throughout the entire customer journey, from initial ad click to post-purchase. When refunds occur, we automatically adjust your tracking data and recalculate attribution accordingly. Orders are counted regardless of subsequent refunds, as the tracking, attribution, and adjustment work has already been performed.
What happens if I exceed my order limit?
If you exceed your included orders, you'll be charged a small overage fee per extra order (Starter: $0.20, Growth: $0.12, Scale: $0.05). Your tracking continues uninterrupted, and you can always upgrade to a higher plan for better rates.
What is the difference between Basic Analytics and Advanced Analytics?
Basic Analytics provides clear performance summaries to compare platforms. Advanced Analytics and Insights is designed for merchants making frequent optimization decisions, offering deeper event, funnel, and trend visibility so insights remain actionable as volume grows.
