By installing and using the AdsChase Shopify application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

AdsChase provides advanced ad tracking, attribution, and analytics services for Shopify merchants. Our features include client-side and server-side event tracking, product catalog synchronization, and order attribution analysis.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Specifically, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from your store visitors and customers regarding the collection and processing of their data via the App.
  • You will maintain a privacy policy on your store that accurately discloses your data collection and sharing practices, including the use of third-party tracking tools.
  • You will not use the App to collect or transmit sensitive personal information (such as health data, financial data, or government IDs) in violation of platform policies (e.g., Meta, Google).

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, and content, is the property of AdsChase and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your Shopify store.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdsChase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any discrepancies in data tracking or attribution caused by third-party platform changes or technical limitations.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
