  • Store Information: We access your Shopify store data, including orders, products, and customers, to provide analytics and attribution.
  • End-Customer Data: We process data about your store's visitors and customers to facilitate tracking and attribution. This includes:
    • Client-Side Tracking: We track events such as page views, product views, add-to-cart actions, and initiated checkouts using Google Tag Manager (GTM). This data is sent to Facebook Pixels, Google Ads, GA4, and Pinterest Tags.
    • Server-Side Tracking: We process server-side events such as "Begin Checkout" and "Purchase" to send accurate data to Facebook Conversions API, Google Ads (uploadClickConversions API), GA4 (Measurement Protocol API), and Pinterest Conversions API.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide accurate ad tracking and attribution across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, Pinterest).
  • Sync your product catalog with Meta.
  • Generate analytics graphs and reports on your dashboard.
  • Show customer journeys and order attribution.

To provide our services, we transmit data to the following third-party platforms based on your configuration:

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google (Ads & Analytics)
  • Pinterest

We do not sell your personal data or your customers' data to third parties.

As a merchant using AdsChase, you are responsible for:

  • Informing your customers about the data collection and tracking technologies used on your store.
  • Obtaining necessary consents (e.g., for cookies or data processing) as required by applicable laws (such as GDPR or CCPA).

6. Data Retention

We will retain your personal information, including Google user data, for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When the data retention period expires for a given type of data, we will delete or destroy it.

7. Data Deletion

You may request for your data to be deleted by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, we will delete your personal information and any Google user data associated with your account within 30 days.

8. Google API Services User Data

AdsChase's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data we process. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
